I like most of my neighbors
Last winter one of the shoveled my snow off of my drive (as well as others) with his tractor
Then tonight I had to call Insight for an issue. Turned out to be his grandparents live on my street. He told me if I have a problem anytime of the day or night, I should go over there and tell them and they will contact him. It was very thoughtful of him

I would say total value for your dollar.
- Inexpensive housing.
- Proximity to other major cities.
- Considering the size, not that much traffic (disclaimer spent 6 years in DC so take this with a grain of salt.)
- Well-kept historical housing stock in Old Louisville and Highlands.
