We are new to the area and are temporarily located downtown in corporate housing and have a pool available to us during our stay. We would like to find someone to come to us and give our 4-year-old swim lessons this summer. We'd like to take advantage of the pool while we have it.

Any ideas? I've left a message with the local YMCA. Thanks in advance.

call the JCC and ask for their swim instructor, she does private lessons there, but is not an employee as she rents the space for her lessons there. I think her name is Karen.
My wife used to teach there awhile back also and did in fact give private lessons at homes

Thanks for your replies! We found someone who used to teach swimming at All for Kids and is home this summer before starting grad school so we are good to go. We used care.com.
