-Where you are working - On Floyd
-How much you are willing to spend on housing - 700
-How long of a commute you're willing to tolerate - 20 minutes
-If you have kids: She's one
-What type of neighborhood environment you are looking for: We'd like a super safe community that's walking ditance to some sort of commerce. Funky and arty would be cool.

We'd be moving in the next month and we just don't know where to start.

Thanks in advance!
Rachel

highlands, clifton, crescent hill. short commute and everything you require. the highlands is probably one of the more sought after neighborhoods in town. sounds like it's exactly what you are looking for. funky, artsy, full of restaurants and bars and is the most walkable area in town.

I agree with kytoaz. The Highlands would suit you well. Close to downtown, lots of restaurants, shops and and artzy stuff. Cool place.
