How much average monthly expenses for a family of two member is required in Louisville city area? It would be great if average monthly expenses are broken down like house rent, tv, phone, electricity, food, transportation etc.

This is way to variable to give you. Your rent totally depends on where you live. You can find a nice two bedroom for around 700-800 if you know where to look in the nicer urban areas.
