My husband's job is transferring to Louisville. We would like to live within 30 min of Louisville. Any advice about the following would be much appreciated!!

I have 2 sons - An 8 yr old boy with high functioning autism and a 10 year old boy with Aspergers (also on the autism spectrum). What schools are the best for students with autism? We don't care about the price of homes - just want to look for a home in the best possible place for the schools that we need.

My older son plays soccer for a select travel club. What are some good soccer clubs in the area for youth?

We want to live in a nice neighborhood - with a community pool, 4 - 5 bedroom home, etc. Any suggestions? If possible, we would like to have our home built.

Any advice about schools would be greatly appreciated. I am a teacher myself and have been over the moon with the services here in Michigan. I'm not hearing good things about special education programs in the Louisville area. I hope I am wrong!

Thanks so much!
Michelle

In your other post in your other posts you say that you want to move to Oldham county and here you say you want to be within 30 minutes of work. Where in the Louisville area will your husband be working? It's quite possible Oldham county would put you outside of that range.
