I am trying to decide where I want to clean up for Brightside in the Louisville metro area..I want it to be somewhere that DESPERATELY needs it! I would appreciate if anyone has good areas in mind. Thanks in advance!

Anywhere in the West End. My vote is Portland because I think it is up and coming.

i was also going to suggest portland, not because i think it will gentrify, simply because i've seen more trash on the streets there than all other areas of louisville combined. it should def keep you busy and let you feel that you accomplished something. during the time i spent there, the dirtiest areas seemed to be on the eastern edge of portland. 15th-20th at portland? that's just a rough guess but i'm shure you can find some work that needs to be done.

Good for you btw.
