When I first moved in, the neighbor's wife told me where the property line was. But, now the husband keeps parking his truck in my yard, clearly over the line even she indicated, where he might be confused that the line exists. I think he knows full and well where the line is, and is just being a bully, trying to claim more ground for himself; as if I'm none the wiser, or blind or something. Anyway. The LOJIC web site clearly shows the line, and every line in the neighborhood. How should I approach this issue with the neighbor? I am the type to make sure I am right and have proof before addressing anything. I would love to have a survey but that is like $350. Can't I rely on the LOJIC web site lines, as they are from the government, and have been used by other neighbors in similar litigation? Thanks.

Get huge decorative rocks and line the property. No conflict, you are just decorating your yard, right?
If the neighbor wants to spring for a survey, let him. Just ask for a copy and move the rocks a few inchs/feet over to the line.

Not to be an antagonist, but I have found a neighbor like this will keep doing stuff like this if you let them.

Yep. Railroad ties are my method for keeping anyone from driving on my lawn.

I have a feeling your neighbor may be "WT"

See if you can locate markings from previous surveys. In my area, they drive a railroad spike-type of device into the ground. Borrow a friend's metal detector or do a visual search for it. Worth a shot.

I would have his truck towed, then put up property markers. Plant some trifoliate orange, he'll stay away.

I knocked on my neighbors door and asked him to get his car off my grass. Problem solved.
