Me & My wife are considering building a house in one of these areas but we are having trouble figuring out which one is better. We like Raintree ridge a lot but the only area to build new houses has a rather unsightly train sitting near it. Is this train always sitting there? When the rest of the development gets filled in, it will probably not be noticeable but we're just thinking of resale value down the road.
