I'm 21 years old and moving down to Louisville in May once I graduate. I like going out and meeting new people. Does anyone have any suggestions on specific apartment complexs or condos that have people my age living there? Thanks for your help!

Probably consider these two areas:

Old Louisville is considered one of the most architecturally spectacular neighborhoods in the entire US, and is often referred to as "Louisville's French Quarter". It is the 2nd largest Historic Preservation District in the US. The only downside is there isn't very many shopping areas or restaurants, and crime is a little dicier in some areas (mostly car break ins)

The Highlands
has a huge number of eclectic shops, restaurants, and night clubs extending for 3+ miles along Bardstown Rd. It is also next to the 400 acre Cherokee Park.

Most of the apartments or condos in these areas are in Victorian houses that have been divided up into several units. Having lived in both areas, a nice 1 bedroom runs from $425 up.
