Default What exactly do you mean?

What exactly are you meaning to inquire about here?

A. Which city is actually bigger in terms of population? Or,

B. Which of these cities would a person recommend in terms of, well, whatever criteria you're looking for in a city? (i.e. arts, culture--however you may define it, recreation, natural scenery, low crime, job market, affordable housing, etc.)

The answer to question (A) is simple: Louisville, by a longshot.
