Windwalker, no we don't. It is an excellent idea and would fly in Lville cause traffic is never bad and the city is so dense.

I saw Public Use bikes on Main St. ala France or Amsterdam !!!

That is a project by Humana. According to this blogger, it is one of the first of its kind in the United States. Not sure if that is accurate or not, but here you go:
