I'm considering relocating from NYC and I'd love to move to a city that had a lot more trees and grass right in the city. Parks help too.

Is this a different question from the one I replied to here ? "City proper" here in Louisville means the whole county, since we have a metro government. But even if you mean the old city limits, the answer is still 'yes' - the parks in my post, and their surrounding green are all in the old limits. One place I didn't mention is Audobon Park - a couple of miles from the University of Louisville campus, from the Fairgrounds and the airport, and as green and beautiful a middle-class neighborhood as you could imagine - and in the city.

If you mean downtown, well, we're working on that, and it's coming along.
