Does anyone have a landline phone~? If so, do you use ATT or Insight~? I have ATT and thinking of switching. They just plain stink~! I have issues with it now on one of my lines and they gave me a 5 hr window for today, and I got tired of waiting and called to find out when they were going to be here. I could not reach them and got a recording to "call back later". I called numerous of times and I left and later found they called me on my cell phone around 5:45p when I was at the gym. It was a recording and they said, "they couldn't make it today and they will come tomorrow and if I need to change my appointment". I did try, but once again could not get through~! I chose to have them call me which was in 6 mins and I'm still waiting for them to call and reschedule. That was 2 hours ago~! So, has anyone ever had any issues with ATT like I have~? Does anyone have Insight~? Is it good or bad~? Like what happens when there is a storm and you loose your internet connections, will you also loose your phone service~? Can Insight be reached 24/7 on phone services like you do with the internet~? What happens if you have a security system, do they have to tamper with it to access it when you transfer to Insight home phone services~? Thanks.

I have a home phone, but neither AT&T or Insight, I use Vonage, and have for about 8 or 9 years now. Never had a problem with them. In fact, I would highly recommend them.

Thanks for your reply, but I doubt Vonage can offer me 2 phone lines within one phone line. My issues were with my fax machine which was finally fixed today.

Sure you can have multiple phone lines on Vonage, we have them in the upstairs and downstairs of our home. And we also have a fax.
But at any rate, glad you got your issues fixed.
