Hello everyone! We are considering a move to Louisville, KY from Charlotte, NC. Is anyone familiar with PNC bank in regards to being employed there? My husband applied for a credit job with them recently and is hoping to get an interview. Also, are there any organic grocery stores (i.e. Whole Foods, Earthfare, etc) in the area? Thanks!

There is a Whole Foods on Shelbyville Road near the Watterson Expressway. Rainbow Blossom is a local natural food store chain. There's one on Lexington Road and one at Gardiner Lane Shopping Center. There's a whole foods store called Amazing Grace on Bardstown Road. Lotsa Pasta on Lexington, and the many Paul's Groceries around town are not organic per se, but have good products. ValuMarket is also good, especially the one in the South End, which has a great array of international foods.

Lots of ethnic and other specialty gorceries too, and rainbow blossom now has five locations. Amazing Grace, Doll's Market, Burger's, and many Hispanic and European.
