Hi everybody!
I'm an italian girl and I'll be studying in Bellarmine Univeristy from next August (till January), during 6 moths more or less. I now have to find a room (for 2 persons) in a shared apartment and I'd like to have from u some advice about an area of Louisville which is both nice and confortable to me to go to university, so not far from Newburg Road. And do u know about some good web sites or agencies so that I can rent and do everything from here?

Thank u so much!
Sara

There are no bad areas near there. It is all nice. Just avoid Newburg road south of 264. You are best off looking on craigslist and searching for "bellarmine" or "Highlands" or "Lakeside" or 40204 or 40205. Rent a house or condo. Apartment complexes are overpriced and often run by large out of town companies who could care less about their tenants.

The best way to get a job is to ask around and network. It can be tough. What field?

The field is hairstyling, but, since we'll have to stay only 6 months, other kinds of job are welcome too, we are quite flexible so for example pubs, bars, restaurants, shops, etc.

Thank u
