Abuelo's for TexMex. IMHO, as a hamburger aficionado, believe it or not, Buns over Texas. Good Fries and the Hamburger is pure unadulterated 100% beef. The real deal with nothing fancy.

I think it closed about ten or fifteen years ago.

I really like West Crust Pizza. Last week I was in Wichita and saw a "Pacific Coast Pizza." Couldn't help but wonder if it's a copy of the Lubbock restaurant.
