The highs in Amarillo are *NEVER* in the upper 50's in the middle of summer.

I live outside Amarillo.

REPEAT: The. Highs. In. Amarillo. Are. Never. In. The. Upper. 50's. In. The. Middle. Of. Summer.

Your claim is a complete falsehood.

I meant lows not highs and theres no reason lost your $hit over a typo. There are occasions when in June and August the lows can dip into the 50s.

Are you planning on having your father move in with you? The reason I ask is that my coworker's husband has had to have 2 transplants. They have them done in Dallas (even though we are a lot closer to FW). Anyway, both before and after, they were not allowed to live or travel beyond a 3 hour radius from the hospital. Keep traffic and travel time in mind when looking at places. You may want to check in with each center and see if they have a time/distance restriction for transplant patients. (For me, 3 hours probably means 150 miles is the max I'd feel comfortable with - it often gets really congested around the FW hospital district.)
