Hello, I will be attending ttu in the fall for engineering and I need to find an apartment. Does anyone know of any great or at least decent complexes that have washer and dryer units in the rooms? I'm looking for a decent apartment in the $500 range. Also does anyone know anything about Springtime Apartments, Toledo Terrace, or Indian Creek Apartment? Are they decent complexes? What are the neighborhoods like? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

All of those apartments are in decent middle class areas, so you should be fine at any of them. Lubbock has a lot of apartment complexes, so you should be able to find one that fits you. I would say avoid anything east of Avenue Q. This link could help you out.

Also look at craigslist. Lots of people rent out their small houses or mother-in-law/guest houses within walking distance of TT. Lots of apts/houses to share and sublets on craigslist too. And you can talk to people on the phone who are already there and will give you an idea of the neighborhoods. I personally wouldn't go for a complex, but that's just my preference.
