Nu-Way Weiners is coming to the Lofts at Mercer in Mercer Village.
Fountain of Juice is closing at 1602 Montpelier Ave. during the Thanksgiving holiday, and Nu-Way Weiners is moving into the space, Jim Daws, president of Sierra Development Group, confirmed to The Telegraph. Sierra manages Lofts at Mercer.
Fountain of Juice opened on the first floor of the building in July 2011.
Nu-Way owners Jim Cacavias and Spyros Dermatas "will start their build-out (of the space) in December, and they hopefully will be open in February or in March at the latest," Daws said.
The owners of Nu-Way still plan to rebuild at 430 Cotton Ave. following a fire in March that destroyed the building where Nu-Way first opened in 1916, he said.
More information about the changes at Mercer Village is expected next week, Daws said.
