I never knew that the tunnels underneath the city downtown were for originally built for creeks that ran off into the Ocmulgee River.

This is the main reason that the city has to improvement to the storm drainage system, because of the citation and the other reason is if the city is to ever support growth. Where in downtown occupy rate keeps residents on the high end.
