I would agree that Classic Homes is top notch. Bergamont is an amazing neighborhood. It just comes down to your price point. If you want new construction and are at a lower price point $300,000 and below then your choice is Veridian. If you can go higher than there are many great options.

IF you want to stay in your home for more than a few years DO NOT consider Verdian. I live in one now and after the high of having a new home wears off you start to see and notice a lot of quality control issues. Ask anyone who has lived in one of their Veridan homes for more than a couple of years and they will tell you that things start to change dramatically with age on most if not all of their product line options and processes like poor concrete and windows.

The irony is that people who have never owned a Veridian (Don Simon/Midland) home get so mad at you when you tell them what crap the houses are. Shoot the messenger I guess. Usually if it appears too good to be true - it is. If you search the forum for Veridian or Don Simon you can find my posts where I detail my negative experiences.
