Just wanted to wish everyone here a very Merry Christmas! If you do not celebrate it, here's hoping you enjoy a special holiday of whatever sort!

Jingle bells, the scent of balsam fir, lights twinkling on the tree, the smell of a special dinner roasting in the oven, the soft sound of snowflakes as they fall, and best of all --- the look of awe-struck wonder in the eyes of the very littlest children as they glimpse all the presents! Who can resist the bright laughter of a small child? Not me!

To all Mainers, and to all those, like ourselves, who plan to someday become Mainers, I wish these wonderful things, in the most sparkling season of all!

Merry Christmas to everyone on the forum. This is the time of year where the Volvo Line and the Maple Curtain dissolve and old scroogie curmudgeons admit that some out of staters might have merit after all. You'll never be Natives but you're welcome anyway!!
