Why do I feel that I'll see Americans raise arms against our Government in my lifetime?

This is for real?? They have a reason for taking the hoops?? does he have a bush/cheney bumper sticker?

If this video is legit, and they dont have reason for taking the pole down-it should be on the 6 o clock news

Wow, what was that all about? Don't they have more important things Do? Taking basketball hoops from people in their neighborhoods, especially when it's been there for years and obviously still used and very much wanted. I remember the good old days when I was growing up, having so much fun with all my neighborhood friends playing outside. Kickball, dodgeball, and red rover just to name a few of the games we played as well as having a basketball hoop at the end of the dead end street. So many kids had fun shooting hoops, kept us active and out of mischief Why would they want to take a neighborhood basketball hoop away from people who enjoyed using it? There is something wrong with that.

This is very sad. With all of the concerns about childhood obesity, it seems ridiculous to take away an opportunity for children to enjoy an outdoor exercise activity.

Unbelievable. I work in some high end gated communities with pretty severe restrictive covenants, but I've never seen anything close to this. What a waste of taxpayer money. Public works and law enforcement. Wish they would spend that effort rounding up the real criminals. All the more reason to live in a rural area.

At least they're now investigating this sham.

This is where I actually take my mother's advise of "If you don't have anything nice to say..."
