Thanks - looks like nice woods- we used a lot of snowmobile trails last winter - many of the other trails we usually do were impassable.

Your dogs laging behind, pick it up another 5-10mph and there ya go... Jk

Maine is beutifal, idk which has better views, maine or the rockies, but i am pretty certian im heading to maine for college atleast. Ma in state no board is only 3k less than maine instate with board (and about 2k cheaper without board if i lived at my grandparwnts camp and communted 30-40min), gets me out of mass, and into the state ive always looked at living in (and practicly did live in all sumer and major vacations untill my grandpa had me mostly driving a fourwheeler at 7 or 8 years old, then i never seen said place for about 4 years untill he "matured", god rest his soul). Sooner i get outta ma, the better, very few states can be more urban, high col, and as intrusive as mass is, you got the entire west besides the coasts, the midwest, maine, nh to a degree, and even some southern states.

I haven't been to Maine in several years but was going through some old photos and found this one. Not sure where it was taken at this point but in the Ellsworth area because that's where I usually stayed.

I don't recognize the spot. I have been here about twenty years and like it. Grew up in michigan which has a similar climate and the spent some time in the south- I'm not a hot weather person.

Here's a shot of one of the cannons at Ft. Knox in Prospect, ME, on the Penobscot River, taken earlier this month.
