Molly if I had my way we would of moved years ago. LOL.
Hopefully no later than next spring. Though would really like to leave this fall. All depends on how fast this place sells.

Tennessee is beautiful. If you like warmer weather, then you'll probably love it. You'll still get to see snow, but have many more warm days than in Maine. That's ok, I'll take your spot in Maine!
