It helps if you speak their language. I review these before the application is submitted which results in considerable success for the applicants.

I have requested the disclosures from a realtor (when they get back from vacation) and hopefully it will give some insight since sometimes it will list restrictions etc. When I call LURC what info will I need, other than maybe address?

I think they only speak township tax-map parcel numbers, and not street addresses.

They will want proof of how waste water is disposed of, what type of septic system you have and what's there now for buildings. You'll need this just to put up a wood shed. They want to be sure what is there already is approved..

When I say camp, I mean camp There is an outhouse (I hate them), no water, no electric and a 12x20 one room camp. This is the one I like

I wish. I was so much happier when I lived like this before, now I have a house with electric, septic, public water etc. and have every problem a house can bring, all at once of course

I was up that way a couple times last week though. Lincoln and Howland, my husbands son lives up Sherman way so we go through now and again
