I do a daily walk here near my place and sadly am noticing more empty beer cans, trash and even urine left by snowmobilers that use the same roads. It certainly takes away some of the out in nature feeling and actually pisses me off I must say. I don't currently own a sled but have in the past and would never have done this. OK, maybe a nature call in the deep woods, but never within a few hundred yards of a home. Don't quite know what to do about it......probably nothing can be done.

I guess asking you to leave out some t.p. in a coffee can, with the lid sealed, is out of the question?
At a snowmobile club meeting a member stood up and gave a big long rant about drinking while running the club groomer. He went on and on about it. As he finally came up for air I raised my hand. I told the club that we who actually groom trails stop and pick up those cans so landowners don't find them in the spring. That's why there is such a big variety in the brands they find under the seat of the groomer. When we get back from a long night we don't clean out the groomer. We do it in the daylight. The ranter didn't say a word.
Some years ago, we were looking at land in Stow, there was a trail that cut through the land...they were the reason we turned away from that particular property.
