Police seek man after fight with sister in cat-shaving case (http://bangornews.com/news/t/news.aspx?articleid=155692&zoneid=500 - broken link)

SWANVILLE, Maine -- Police seek man after fight with sister in cat-shaving case

I know a vet who works with a lot of feral and abandoned cats, and she often shaves them -- especially in the summer -- so she can see what she is dealing with.

HOWEVER being a vet, she can administer a sedative first...

When spring shedding time rolls around, I often threaten mine, but NOT being a vet, I don't think I would even think of trying it. Washing them is enough...

Oh good grief. Another waste of the taxpayers dollars. I'd fight back too if she kicked me .

Scary... sibling rivalry... I could so see two particular kiddos of mine doing something like this in a few years... and one of them is named Nicholas.

On a side note... where I used to live in rural Maryland had a funny thing in the local paper. They did a police blotter column in the weekly paper. One week they had a note about only posting significant crimes there as they were short on space. The next week, the lead crime was a sandwich theft from 7-11. I was sure glad they had left out all those other insignificant things. LOL

Definitely a slow news day.

That's okay. Out here we get to read, on the front page mind you, what Brett Favre had for his birthday dinner. No, I'm not joking...

Hi!

If I remember right, you moved to WI from ME?!? We lived in WI for 20-some years, and yup, it's Packer-time all the time there. Can't say I miss that one bit! So when are you moving back home to ME? Hope your plans are moving along!

You remember correctly, lovemaine. We hope to return to Maine sometime next year. We are so homesick...
