PSS...sorry to digress but just wanted you to know that our on-going saga of home searching has become even more of a challenge in a positive way though the past 2 weeks has seen what we presume is the deluge of new spring home listings on the market, now we have so many homes very nice home from which to choose. The 2 new ones among my top 3 are in Winterport, which I have no experience with yet and the town of Surry which we have visited a few times before. I am sure each have their quaintness and unique charms, although Winterport appears to have a pretty significantly higher per mil tax rate which will have to be considered into the equation. Next month will be exactly two-years since our first visit- hope this 3rd trip is the charm!

Once again much appreciation to all for sharing, do feel free to continue this discussion!
