During our 5-day tour of Maine a couple of weeks ago, we visited 9 properties from Cherryfield to Newry and am happy to say that we were able to find a little piece of land that we want to call "home". It's in Newry, and my wife and I started talking to builders/GCs in the area last week. In addition to checking with the BBB, I thought I'd reach out to the online community and see what y'all have to say. If you know of any good, reputable builders that work in the Bethel/Newry area, I'd love to hear about them. Similarly, if you have horror stories about people and companies we should avoid, that would also be valuable information for us.
