It's kinda like fencing in a cemetary eh Molly? I think it's just a fenced area where they put the snow so the kids have their own "spot" to play in.

I keep telling the wife the snow will flatten it out so there is no point in firing up the mower. She isn't buying it,so I will probably have to do that this week-end. That just isn't right!!
