Looking for recommendations for trustworthy realtors in this area. Would love to hear the reasons that make them recommendable too.
We are starting to think about relocating and have seen some properties online. We might take a visit up there soon and want to get a feel for what is available. Looking for a small house with a 2-10 acres, good for gardening, water (stream, pond)....basic potential for small farm type of thing...fruit trees, etc.
Thanks in advance!

I have always had great experiences with Realty of Maine. Terry Morse in the Ellsworth area is top notch!

I highly recommend Camden Coast Real Estate. Nancy Hughes is the owner/broker and she is fantastic! She's been a realtor for over 20 years. Her office is located right in Camden.

Hiya Shiso -- I'm also hoping to relocate to the mid-coast area (Camden, Rockport, Lincolnville, Hope) in the next few years, and have been working with "Camden Real Estate" (Camden Real Estate). I vacationed there semi-recently and met up with realtor Ken Twaddel. Fantastic experience working with him:
- Professional, yet very easy going and very frank/honest. It's openness and honesty that is a big selling point for me.
- Wealth of local knowledge, being a Camden resident.
- Wasn't at odds at all for driving me around about 12 different properties, knowing that I wouldn't likely be moving there for a few years
- The location of the office in Camden is very convenient (right downtown). Stop by "Zoot Coffee" for a latte and sweet treat before hitting up Camden Real Estate (a couple doors down from their office)

Good luck in your search! I really love the mid-coast. "Where the mountains meet the sea..."

Can't really recommend a realtor but, I would not go near Town and Country in Ellsworth.
