We usually see evidence of bats in the form of copious bat poops below both the front and back gable ends of our house. My husband did some repairs/enhancements to the gable ends' trim work and effectively "evicted" the bats. Now that the work is done I can report that the bat are back and happily eating mosquitoes and pooping away on our fore and aft decks once again.
