I was following the tax changes proposed in Maine and I lost track of what was finally passed. Did an increase in what was "taxable" for the state sales tax pass? I think they wanted to tax fuel oil and groceries at one point. Did that happen? Were there also any changes to the state income taxes? Thanks!

There's a lot more to just taxes in determining how good a state is for business.
