Hi Oceandreamer and welcome to the forums! We have quite a group of warm individuals here, and a lot of fans of Eastport. Your island is in a terrific spot for some of us that love Maine. The idea got kicked around about a small self reliant community (as there are many smaht, skilled people). Your island seemed like a wonderful spot to dream it all. I would like 1 tiny house there please.
