I was re-reading some of my previous posts and realized I sound like a big whiner in some of them. I'm normally a pretty positive person. It's just so difficult sometimes to put off moving to Maine when I know that's exactly where we're supposed to be. When the feeling of being "homesick" is with you so often, it's easy to start feeling sorry for yourself. Anyway, sorry if I've been too whiny. (Thinking positive thoughts, thinking positive thoughts....)
And thanks SO much to the positive words from many of you! I do appreciate the support so much!

Not ONCE did I think you were being whiny

When I read your post right now though it did strike me that Elcarim could have written *exactly* the same thing! I know it must be difficult, try to stay positive and keep your chin up Everything happens in its own time....I do hope it's soon for you

I've never noticed any whiney-ness either! I understand your longing and hope you're able to get home soon. Sometimes I start to post something and end up not doing it at all because I don't want to be "Whiney".I enjoy all of your posts!

You're fine! I don't think you've been whiny. I feel for everyone who wants to be here and isn't yet. I keep hoping everyone arrives before school years start again to keep it simpler.

Whinny? you?

I don't think so.

It's not whining when your heart and soul want to be someplace that you just can't be right now, no matter what the reason. How about using the word lamenting that you aren't in Maine. Much nicer word....and it probably means exactly what you are feeling.

Oh, you're all so sweet! (Wiping tears from my eyes...) I like the word "lamenting" better too. The Maine forum has become such a lifeline to me in our quest to move. You've all been a wonderful help. A lot of times it cheers me up just to read your words on this forum. Thanks for all your kind words! You guys rock!
