I took that pic from RT 191 as I was driving by, I don't know about tours, they probably have access highly restricted.

The answer to your question(s) has interest to me as I am also a shortwave listener as well as one that receives television (mostly PBS) through an antenna.

Hi Dauntless Dan,

Speaking of PBS.....

Does Maine have PBS Stations on TV?

Here in Connecticut there are quite a few, for the different parts of the State.
I love most of the PBS programming!
I am especially a 'News Nut' and watch BBC World News, and 'NGK News' from Japan.
Some of their Nature shows are just beautiful, being a Nature/Animal lover.
-The Wife likes all of the British Mysteries, Cop shows etc.

Just wondering!

Thanks for the input!

Maine Public Broadcasting Network, Maine News & Programming

I hear them a lot on the radio, I think that they also have a TV station. If you settle somewhere that has TV reception you may be able to watch them.

Or in the cities I would imagine it is included with the price of cable.

Hey woodie,

You could get far more specific answers if you give us some idea where you want to live.

Hi Billski,

We're thinking of either Oxford or Franklin Counties, around Rangeley Lake/Bethel.
I love lakes & mountains, the outdoors,etc.

OK?

Thankx for the reply!
