Please do not tell the State of Maine! Right now, a newborn is entitles to $50 from the State in a Nextgen account, as I recall. Soon they will want to up the ante for their Entitlement State, not to mention a huge social security database for newborns! As far as I know, a Nextgen in Maine can not be transfered to an out of state college.
