Since this forum is somewhat a "relocation forum", I was wondering who's on here that is in the business of buying/selling/listing property's in Maine?

My thought is this; choosing an RE agent is like hiring a lawyer. You rarely know one when you need one, and picking one is as random as tossing a dart at the phone book.
I am looking to sell my homestead and buying something more remote. I know there are some agents/brokers here, and at one time I chatted briefly with one whom I thought was fairly decent based on his/her regular posts.

So maybe we could have a thread where if your are in the biz, simply post the area/town you work... nothing more. No ads for your company, no discussion bashing or praising.

This would allow folks who are thinking to relocate to read several other threads/posts from those who post on this thread. It will also allow them to PM anyone they feel may have their best interest in play.

Hopefully this thread will stay on track and become a reference for future Mainers!

"if you're in the biz, simply post the town/area you work"

Reading comprehension appears non-existent!
