Two per month, except samon/brook troutwhich is one per week, ouch, sounds alittle over exaggerating to me...

However, do the salmon/trout add towrds the two fish a month?

I think that is IF&W's way of promoting catch and release.

No it isn't lol, and I think it's dangerous to imply that the recommendations made by Maine's biologists are not made with good intentions. You are free to disregard them if you want... and free to smoke cigarettes if you want. It's your health.

IMHO, Maine does too much to encourage meat fisherman with "put and take" stocking programs. They intentionally stock brook trout into water they can't survive in so the wormers can come fish them out in about a week. It's disgusting. Then, of course there's ice fishing, but I digress.

Yea that is in certain areas. Even then, they have since found dioxin was actually caused by decaying trees in the area of the ponds. And measuring PPM/ PPB ( parts per million and parts per billion )

Safer than ones ( processed) milk, at ones grocery store, one buys that the cows were fed drugs... ( just saying...)

With the ability to measure parts per trillion they have learned that granite leaches out mercury.

In Canada they sell milk from cows that have never had bovine growth hormones. (BGH)

Gosh love the Fishing ! Almost nightly, as our entertainment for the day, we are out fishing.
With just the two of us, we only take what we would eat in a meal, but wow- Such a relaxing end to the day.
