Nope, I would never use commercial soap on my skin. Yuck! I just let other people do the work and then I purchase directly from them. It's just one of those things I don't have an interest in doing myself.

I'd offer to lay your tile floor for free, but it would wouldn't really be free because it would cost you a plane ticket! You'll do just fine MW. Here's a hint - I don't use spacers when I lay floors because tiles aren't always uniform in size, so if you use spacers your lines can actually veer pretty far off. I eyeball it. The trickiest parts are centering the first tile in the room and getting the hang of cutting around heat/ac registers, irregular corners, etc. I sometimes draw diagrams for the tricky cuts.

Here's another tip: you'll want as high-powered a drill you can get your hands on (and a mixing paddle) for mixing the grout and thin-set mortar. I've burned up a couple of cheap drill motors on tile projects.

pine tar - amount varies
Would you use the soap as shampoo for psorisis or a different recipe?
I used to love an oatmeal soap sold in a Portland, OREGON organic store. It looked like a giant oatmeal cookie and smelled yummy too.

Yes. You can use the same soap as a shampoo.

To make an oatmeal scrub bar, add 1/2-1 cup oatmeal instead of pine tar. Just put the oatmeal in a blender for a few seconds to make the flakes into more of a powder, first. If you are more coordinated than me (and most folks are) you could still use both ingredients, but if you are using individual bar molds, the batch will harden too fast to pour. There is a lot to be said for soapers who use the single block mold and then cut the soaps after they harden, to make individual bars.

When it comes to making soap, I can tell you what doesn't work. Story of my life...
