heavy traffic in my hometown is a stop sign where 2-3 cars could get backed up...

don't worry about crime,,,,,

look out my window and see geese, ducks, ospreys and eagles,,,,, deer at night and the loons

ive been here 23 yrs and my property taxes are 1200 month
I live on the water,,,two bedroom home ,,,finished basement..

My taxes are 650-700 a year, my sister in NJ pays 14,000 a year. Couldnt make it in NJ...but i never wanted to live there anyway

Probally bought a square mile of prime forested mountain with a 3000 sqft home.

Approximately $1 mil to $1.2 mil (at least on the assessment rate).
