Pembroke House on Route 1?? (Calais: to move, area, pictures)

I was interested in a house on Route 1 in Pembroke. It's supposed to be by the Mobil station. Anyone familiar with the house? It looks like a Dutch Gambrell. I'm just afraid it is too close to the road. It's going to be hard for me to get up there and look at it.. I have 3 dogs and no Vets were boarding dogs when I was up in The Calais area in 2006...Gussie

I know that it's been on the market for a while now. It's kind of cute on the outside, but I don't know about the inside. It is pretty close to the road.

It's very close to busy Rt. 1 and I agree, it's really cute on the outside. I don't know how long it's been on the market. You might want to ask the listing realtor to send you some pictures of the inside and describe any work that might need to be done.

Thanks for the information..i have to find something to move into within a couple months. I don't know about that house in Pembroke...I have 3 dogs..2 are controlled but one.. the smooth coated fox terrier is absolutely bonkers.. don't want him to end up roadkill on RT.1 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
