I wish we had more than two parties like other countries. It keeps people on their toes.

Atleast when a 3rd party comes out that picks up alot of steam, one of the two major partys tend to take their ideas and make a subparty or whatever its called, with the new-found values at its heart. Kinda like log cabin republicans.

Whose interest is being served?

Precisely. We have one party who wants us all to be slaves of Big Business protected by Big Government. We have another party who wants us all to be salves of Big Government funded by Big Business. Either way, you end up a slave. It's just a matter of who owns you.

So, lets get the party authorized that says you are your own person, and not a slave to anyone.

Wish that it was that easy. The worse the system works for most, the better the system works for a few. They "will not go quietly into the night."

It appears that we are in the midst of the greatest struggle for this generation. Until we regain the ability to communicate in private, the odds are not good. All they have to do is play the terrorism card and suddenly everything magically aligns to their liking.

Getting killed by miffed sand pirates is not in my Top 100 fears. Our dystopian government comprises the majority of my fears. Funded by a rapidly growing 19 trillion dollar debt, it is a challenge to be optimistic.

my top 100 fears do include the sand pirates, but it is close to the end. The ones further up are all medical relating to my diabeties, our debt, the crime rate in urban areas, and loosing the american way.
