My sister is looking for a hunting camp with some land for her husband (surprise 25th anniversary present). She came across a place in Atkinson bordered by the Sweet Water Trust conservation. The owner said they have given permission to hunt every year on the conservation.

Has anyone hunted in this area? Is anyone familiar with the area in general?

Thanks in advance.

Atkinson is loaded with deer and turkeys. Nice area. Make sure the actual building is not in a flood plain.

Somehow I just knew you would know about it.

Well it's just land, and it's a private sale (uncle henry's) so she might have to go to the town to find that out.

Thanks NMLM!

I want a hunting camp for my 25th anniversary too! It's this year. Hint, hint, nudge, nudge. The wife will never read this though!

LOL!
Maybe you should just treat yourself? Or, maybe you should marry my sister?
