Where is the rent?

I list my rents starting on Wednesday, and they are usually rented by Sat. I list in the local paper. Lewiston Sun journal

if its real nice property, One of my properties I just put a sign in the front yard and I rent it in a few days.

When we were in Belfast last year, we saw lots of white signs in front yards of rental houses and apartments. I'd definitely use multiple strategies if you want to rent quickly. And don't forget Craig's List. Everyone shops there these days, and it's free.

Very similar to here in Lewiston. A sign in the front yard to start with.

My idea of listing a rental is this: The apartment should rent itself (everything I own is in excellent condition and clean clean clean).....the add is only to encourage people to come look at it.

I have one property that is in downtown lewiston...albeit its a very nice area of downtown....but because of its location I never list the address...I know once people see it they will want it....but they will look over the add if I list the address.
