Saint Agatha is a beautiful little town, right next to Long Lake. (And I have always hoped that somebody would fix up the awesome old house that this guy is renovating.......). But just check out some of his comments in the article. It's not the locals fault that they are upset with him.
Yikes. To move to an area and not respect its current long-time residents, or the beauty of the scarcely populated area (in wanting to violate it by having hundreds of followers move there to be near him) does not make for a good neighbor.
If I were the townspeople, I'd find a way to discourage any of his followers going there, and focus on getting him to move. He's nothin' but trouble.
