That lot is about 50 x 22 feet.

Down in Portland, they have a serious housing shortage. The city gave a variance to allow eight new lots on one acre. THere will be a street going up the middle. Each lot will have ity water and sewer. There is room for a tiny house and a 2 car driveway. However, the tiny house can be a 2 story house. I have no info on whether there can be a cellar. Space is space. These would be owned land with no HOA. Not sure who would plow the street.

That mobile home is in the first Trailer Park Tommy Walsh built. Long before he became the largest hotelier in the U.S. It was originally the Anderson and part of the Jinx farms. I used to shoot pheasant where that can sits, partridge from the apple trees that are scattered through the woods, and dumped a few deer between that and Rudnicki's farm. 55 years ago. That's a cheap price for housing, but you're going to throw $400 a month park rent. $400/mo. will service $56,000.00 in debt over 20 years at 6%. AND pay Bangor's mil rate. Not a real good deal. I just sold a 14 x 84 last year (1989) for $10,000.00. Didn't have a bay window in the end, probably not as fancy. The Kid and family bought their own house down the road.
