I'm thinking of buying a large parcel of land, approx 40+ acres near Great Moose Lake in Hartland ME. Anyone know what it's like up that way? Any opinions on if there would be an interest to subdivide for campers or other use? Of course I will do some research but just looking for some opinions right now.

Thanks, from N.H.

Default Great Moose

We have a Camp on the St. Albans side of the lake.. The Hartland side of the lake especially along Great Moose Drive has a Year round town maintained road, town water and sewer. The Public landing and boat launch is on Great Moose Drive and is maintained by the state.. PM me if I can be of any further help.
