I know some of you have property for sale and want it to sell so very much. I know that some of you have been discouraged with the recent market. My husband and I have had a property for sale for about 8 months. We really needed it to sell financially. We had showing after showing. We had offers that we countered that fell through, we had offers that we just said "no" to. We put a tenant in the property and hoped for the best. Last month we got a full priced offer on the property. We were so excited but nervous at the same time. We kept waiting for the proverbial other shoe to drop. Well...Friday the deal closed!!! We are so very thankful. To those of you that have property for sale, don't give up. I have followed so many of your stories and feel like I know some of you. As has been said on here so many times...it only takes one buyer. I thought twice about posting this as I did not want to sound like I was gloating but posted it in hopes it will encourage some others to not give up. Good luck and I know that soon it will happen for others and their dreams of moving to Maine will come true. Stay positive!!
